Purchasing Online
Purchasing products or services on this site is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older. Individuals below the age of 18 may have purchases made on their behalf by a parent or guardian.
Should we suffer any loss or damage as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused the order to be placed.
ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
All products and services listed on this Site are described to the best of our abilities and using the information available to us at the time. Care is taken to ensure that this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of:

REFER A FRIEND
A ‘refer a friend’ occurs when an existing PE Made Easy member sends their unique URL to a non-member, the non-member clicks the link, then within 60 days of clicking the link, the non-member registers as a PE Made Easy member.
Members who ‘refer a friend’ will receive the ‘refer a friend’ bonus (specified in the member ‘refer a friend’ area of their account) for every new customer that follows their unique ‘refer a friend’ link and registers within 60 days of clicking the link.
‘Refer a friend’ bonuses are paid through PayPal, therefore, bonuses are only paid out when a valid PayPal email has been entered.
‘Refer a friend’ bonuses are paid after 1 month, to account for possible refunds (for example bonuses from registrations that occur in January are paid out in March).
‘Refer a friend’ bonuses are paid out sometime between the first and the fifth day of each month.
This ‘refer a friend’ program relies on the use of ‘cookies’. If a referee clicks on the members unique ‘refer a friend’ link, then for some reason the referee deletes their cookies between clicking the link and registering as a PE Made Easy member, unfortunately, the referral is not able to be awarded to the referrer.
We will not pay ‘refer a friend’ bonuses to customers engaging in any type of fraudulent, misleading or otherwise dishonest behaviour.
PAYMENT
All orders on this site must be pre-paid before fulfilment. All orders are placed in Australian dollars.
In the case that you pay for an order with your credit card, we do not store your credit card number on our servers, however it may be retained by our payment gateway provider in circumstances where this is required.
In the case of offline payment, we will contact you to arrange payment. This process must be completed before your order can be downloaded.
In cases where your payment for an order fails for reasons including but not limited to insufficient card credit, or failed bank transfer, we will not be able to provide a download link until an alternate payment method is available or the original payment method is made to function.
TAX INVOICING
Upon completion of your order, we will supply a Tax Invoice to you in the form of an email. Please ensure that the email address you have provided us is correct.
PRICES AND TAXES
Prices are displayed to Australian visitors of this Site (unless otherwise marked) excluding GST, and in Australian Dollars.
If we determine that you are in a foreign country, we may display prices to you in alternate currencies.
RETURN POLICY
PE Made Easy has a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee on all products. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind.
Please retain your online payment confirmation or credit card statement as proof of purchase for these situations.

We ask that if you request your money back due to being unsatisfied with the product, that the product is not stored or shared.
